In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean TikkTokk Australia Pty Ltd ABN 87 099 010 938, 3/280 New Line Road, Dural NSW 2158 Australia, and “you” means you the customer.
These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with us.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should we suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with us.
You may place an Order by browsing the products on our Web Site once finished you can submit the order.
By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email. TikkTokk Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order for any reason after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
We currently accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Bank Deposit and Afterpay.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.
We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the “Place Order” button.
Where you pay by Bank Deposit you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 5 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation.
If a Bank Deposit payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
For credit card and PayPal payments, we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Where you pay by Bank Deposit a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Please note we are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
If you pay for goods on this website using PayPal and then change your mind and want to cancel or a refund, we will charge you the full amount of the non-refundable fee PayPal charges us, which at the time of writing was 3% of the total transaction amount. Therefore if we choose to provide a refund, we will only refund the remainder, not including the amount of the PayPal fee.
We dispatch our orders within 12-48hrs of receiving them. Once it’s dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or ordered items on your order. We can, however, assist with providing contact details of your courier so you are able to liaise with them directly with any changes. Please note – some couriers may charge extra fees for delivery address changes.
If an order is cancelled prior to the order being dispatched from our warehouse, there is no admin fee other than the payment surcharge if paid PayPal.
If an order is cancelled after the order is dispatched from our warehouse, there is an admin fee of $25 an order in addition to the payment surcharge if paid via PayPal. The original shipping fee is non-refundable as item already dispatched to courier/delivery company and we have to recall the product/s back to our warehouse which will still incur a freight charge.
All prices shown on our website include GST.
We always seek to list Products with the most competitive prices.
We reserve the right to change prices for Products displayed on our website at any time.
The price of products shown excludes shipping costs.
Shipping cost is shown separately on the product page and checkout page and is calculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.
When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item.
We make every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times provided by us at checkout. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us here.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post eParcel) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. If delivery is to an apartment complex, please note – delivery is to the ground floor only. Couriers will not deliver goods uplifts or stairs due to Health and Safety reasons. We cannot accept any responsibility for packages instructed to be left at an address, which is then removed/lost/stolen. Please be aware the couriers will not call prior to delivery. Please note we are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect or Private Mail Bag. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us – if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
Credit minus postage fees will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. The original cost of postage will only be refunded where the item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer’s expense.

Where Customer Service has provisionally determined that a Product is DOA, we will issue an RA. Products cannot be returned without an RA. The Product should be returned to us within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RA. Where possible, all Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the Product. If the accessories are not included, only a partial refund will be applied.
All TikkTokk products come with a 1 Year Structural Warranty so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.
Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.
No TikkTokk employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.
